In that capacity, he served to develop the conference concepts and themes, to define the individual tracks and sessions, to recruit the speakers and panelists, and to manage the delivery of the conference programs. He also served as a keynote speaker as well as tutorial and session speaker, panel chair, symposium leader and panelist, appearing before thousands of communications professionals annually in the U.S. and abroad.
